The current delivery promotion is a delivery subsidy with the following conditions:
- Subsidy Rp 50k with purchase of min 5kg
- Subsidy Rp 100k with purchase of min 30kg
- Subsidy Rp 150k with purchase of min 60kg (or Free delivery with Paxel, where available)

Each time you earn Cashback on your order, the amount will be added to your Cashback Loyalty code balance.
To use your available cashback balance on an order, simply input your Cashback loyalty code into the discount field on the checkout page.
The system will apply the maximum amount of available Cashback against your order value.

You can find your Cashback loyalty code in the following places.
1. In your Cashback emails

Yes.
Each amount of cashback earned has it's own expiry date.
Cashback earned from the 25/03/24 will expire 3 months after the date it was earned.
Cashback earned prior to the 25/03/24 was valid for 12 months from the date it was earned.
Individual cashback expiry periods are only visible in the Cashback emails.

Cashback can be used with all other store promotions.

What is bulk discount?
What is bulk discount?
Bulk discount is applied for all purchases of full carton product variants.
You must select the full carton variant option.
Bulk discount is not applied to single unit variant options, regardless of qty.

Bulk discount has 3 tiers:
- 1-4 cartons - save 1%
- 5-9 cartons - save 2%
- 10+ cartons - save 3%

No.
Bulk discounts are calculated per product carton variant.

The system has a maximum limitation of 5 discount codes per checkout.
If you are ordering multiple different carton products you may need to place an additional order.
