Shipping policy

1. Customers are responsible for the information provided when placing an order. As such, we will not be liable for errors or delays in delivery due to incorrect information provided (e.g. incomplete address, incorrect contact number or other incorrect details provided).

2. Customers are also required to ensure that on the delivery date, the recipient's cellphone number can be contacted. Because the courier may need to contact and confirm the presence of the recipient at the delivery address before they proceed with delivery or request guidance if the driver cannot find the delivery address provided. If the recipient's contact number cannot be contacted, or no one is available at the delivery address to receive the goods, we or our delivery partners will not be responsible for delays in the goods.

3. We always try our best to ensure on-time delivery for customers. However, Kios Chocolate is not responsible if delivery arrives late due to circumstances or other things beyond Kios Chocolate's control (for example traffic or weather conditions, etc.).

4. Our delivery partner's coverage area may change at any time without prior notice. If you have placed an order and the delivery address is outside our delivery partner's delivery coverage area, we will contact you immediately to cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
