- Finally, add the butter and stir again until all the ingredients are well blended.
- Let the chocolate cream rest for about 15 to 20 minutes before you use it as a cake coating.

2. The Cold Way
Besides the hot method, there is also a cold way to make chocolate cream. The way to make it is almost the same, namely as follows:
- Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave . You can also melt chocolate using the au-bain marie technique or also known as the double boiler technique (melting chocolate over hot water).
- Heat the dairy cream on the stove to 40oC .
- Combine the two liquids ( dairy cream and melted chocolate) then stir until both are blended perfectly.
- Add glucose, then butter, stir using a hand blender until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Chocolate cream is ready to use.
